Seats are still available for Walking With Dinosaurs--The Live Experience. The show is based on the BBC series of television shows played on the Discovery Channel. If you haven't seen them, they're a wonderful blend of art and science. Walking With Dinosaurs--The Live Experience is at the American Airlines Center in Dallas Thursday through Sunday and tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Parking is included in the ticket price (between $32.50 and $82), but it's easier to take DART Red Line or Blue Line to Union Station and then the TRE to Victory Station.

The Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary has brought back Dinosaurs Alive! The exhibit has all the kids' favorites and some new ones, including a spitting dilophosaurus and several baby dinosaurs. Complementing the outdoor dinosaurs is an indoor Prehistoric Texas exhibit, which concentrates on the Texas Cretaceous, but also includes information about other eras. Tickets for adults are $8 and for seniors and children 3-12 are $5. To get there, take 75 north out of Dallas and exit 121 going east. Turn right on Highway 5 and left on FM 1378. The Heard Museum is about a mile down on the left.
