Neiman Marcus Adolphus Children's Parade

Thursday November 29, 2007

On Saturday, December 1, at 10am, the annual Neiman Marcus Adolphus Children's Parade will be held in downtown Dallas. Starting at the intersection of Commerce and Market, the parade route goes down Commerce, past the Adolphus Hotel and Neiman Marcus and turns right at Harwood, then right on Young, left on Ervay, through City Hall Plaza, and ends at Akard Street.

Normally, downtown Dallas has plenty of parking on the weekends, but for this parade, I recommend taking the DART Red Line or Blue Line or taking the TRE to Union Station (all three trains stop there.) When you walk out of the station, Commerce Street will be the very busy intersection to the left, but it's easier to cross Houston Street at the light, walk two blocks, and turn left on Market Street.
