Quadrantids Meteor Shower

Tuesday January 1, 2008

At 1am on January 4 (very early Friday morning), the most plentiful meteor shower of the year will peak with over one hundred meteors an hour. There should be plenty to see earlier Thursday evening, so get some lawn chairs or a blanket to lie on in the back yard, turn off the porch light, and watch the show. Don't forget to bundle up, since it might be a bit chilly.

The Quadrantids provide a good date opportunity, even if they are during the week. Just stop by Brut for some champagne and their unique, artistic chocolates. The friendly staff will help with recommendations.
