The Fort Worth Opera Festival is coming up in late May and early June. For opera lovers, the Fort Worth Opera has put together some weekend packages. On the weekends of May 30-June 1 and June 6-8, stay at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel, known as the "Star of Texas", for two nights in their convenient location in downtown Fort Worth within walking distance of the operas. Enjoy all four operas in this year's opera festival -- Lucia di Lammermoor, Angels in America, Of Mice and Men, and Turandot -- and take in a three-course meal at the Mercury Chop House.
