The rain and (slightly) cooler weather we've gotten is great -- in moderation. After the flooding earlier this week, tonight parts of the Metroplex got high winds and heavy rain. I'm hearing about heavy rain, trees down, and gates torn off at the hinges in the mid-cities. The Dallas Morning News says the same thing happened in Seagoville. All we got were ominous clouds and a little thunder. Not even a drop of rain. Hope the rest of y'all got the good rain without the bad flooding and wind.
