Veterans Day

Today is Veterans Day. On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month, the Armistice was signed, ending World War I. Eight years later, Congress declared Veterans Day a national holiday.
Around the Metroplex, there are parades and ceremonies honoring all the veterans who have ever served since the founding of our nation.
