Fort Worth Parade of Lights

Friday November 28, 2008
Catch the Fort Worth Parade of Lights this evening in downtown Fort Worth. The fun starts at 2 p.m. with live entertainment, crafts for kids and adults, and free coffee from Starbucks and food from downtown restaurants. The parade gets going at 6 p.m., then the Christmas tree in Sundance Square will be lit at 7:35 p.m. (that's some precision timing there), and finally settle in for a movie, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", in the Chisholm Trail parking lot. The temperature is predicted to be in the high 50s during the day and the low 50s while the movie is showing, so you may want to wear a coat.
