Mark you calendars because the Children's Medical Center Holiday Parade is set for Saturday, December 1, 2012 in Dallas. Nickelodeon's Elizabeth Gillies will kick off the parade at 10 a.m. Come see gigantic inflatable balloons, marching bands, float and the big man himself -- Santa Claus.
