8. Feb 22-24: The Cowtown Marathon 2013
The Cowtown Marathon takes place February 22-24, 2013 at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The 35th running of The Cowtown is scheduled for Friday, February 22 thru Sunday, February 24, 2013 at WillRogers Memorial Center. The Cowtown set a record in 2012 for the most participants in the history of the event. School team registrations must be submitted by January 18, 2013. In 2012, 25,564 runners participated in The Cowtown, 5,397 of them in the Kids 5K. The Cowtown is expecting 30,000 runners in February 2013 as they celebrate their 35th anniversary.9.
