Champagne is a fun and romantic drink and is traditionally associated with Valentine's Day. Many places around the Metroplex have champagne tastings. Every Friday, all day, at Grand Tastings on McKinney Avenue, three flights of champagne are served with cheese. Cost is $14-30 each tasting. Listen to some romantic music on Valentine's evening.- The Richardson Symphony Orchestra is performing "Music for Lovers: The Most Romantic Moments from Movies, Broadway and Opera" with tickets starting at $12. The performance will be held on Feb 14 at 8 p.m. at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson. The Eisemann Center is less than a minute's walk from the Galatyn Park station on DART's Red Line.
- The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra will perform "An Affair of the Heart: Music and Romance" at 8 p.m. on Feb 13 and 14 and at 2 p.m. on Feb 15 at Bass Hall in downtown Fort Worth. Tickets start at $26.
