5:30 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday in the Board Room, 2903 Shotts Street.
Public Comments are heard the second meeting (usually the 4th Tuesday) of the month, unless only one meeting is being held due to school breaks. Speakers should arrive early in order to fill out a "speaker card" to be turned in to Communcations staff members before the meeting is gaveled to order.
