Turn left at Houston Street. The Hotel Lawrence was built in 1925 to serve passengers from the trains stopping at Union Station. The hotel's restaurant, Founders Grill with its little fruit trees in the windows, offers lunch and dinner at medium prices.
For a quick bite to take on the train with you, continue on Houston Street past the Hotel Lawrence to Novak's Landmark Grill. Union Station is across the street.
