Dallas is one of those places where you can find just about any kind of fried food. (See State Fair of Texas). Bologna is no different. Of course in Big D, you might even order a baloney sammich. No worries. They'll know what to bring to your table.
Maple and Motor is a great burger joint where you can also find a tasty fried bologna sandwich. Actually, they have a couple of different varieties. You can sample the Cincinnati-Style Baloney Sandwich. It's your basic sandwich with mayonaise, lettuce and tomato. You an go all out with a Cowboy-Style Baloney Sandwich, which is topped off with chili, cheese and onions. Either way, you'll enjoy America's favorite processed sandwich meat. Both 'wiches are under $6 so it's a great bargain. You'll have some left for french fries or an ice-cold adult beverage.
