DFW Restaurants Serving Up Thanksgiving Feasts

If you don't want to spend time cooking and doing all the dishes yourself, take the family to one of DFW's restaurants to celebrate Thanksgiving Day. Pumpkin Pie is more important than football games anyway! Buffet prices do not include tax or tips and some places may charge for parking or you may want to factor in a valet tip.

1. Café On The Green

Café On The Green is serving a Thanksgiving feast suitable for royalty or your family. The extensive menu is impressive with numerous entrées, side dishes, soups, breakfast items and they need a room for the desserts alone. Full menu.

Hours: 10:30 a.m. and last seating is at 2 p.m.

Cost: $70 adults, $28 children 6-11. Children 5 and under are free.

2. Cast Iron at the Omni Fort Worth

Cast Iron is set for a grand Thanksgiving Holiday Brunch and Dinner featuring traditional favorites like Slow Roasted Turkey with all the trimmings, with Pumpkin and Pecan Pie.

For brunch, there will be complimentary mimosas, appetizer, breakfast, lunch, dessert and kids buffets, and a made-to-order sushi station. Featured items include Southwestern Eggs Benedict, Omelets and French Toast, Blackened Medallions of Black Angus Tenderloin in port wine reduction, and Cranberry Cheesecake.

Seatings still available for 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 2:30 p.m.

Cost: $44.95 Per Adult, Children (5 - 12) $22.95 Per Child, Children Under 5 Eat Free.

3. Central 214

An extensive holiday buffet for Thanksgiving 2011 features rich twists on southern fall favorites such as roasted or smoked turkey and prime rib, mac 'n cheese, 3 types of gravy, and all your favorite sides. Top it off with caramelized bread pudding with apple glaze, pumpkin pie with nutmeg whipped cream or sweet potato cheesecake with candied walnuts sauce. Don't miss the Ciabatta Rolls & Jalapeno Cornbread with Lavender Butter.

Cost: $39 per person and $18. children 12 and under, plus tax and tip. Price includes coffee, iced tea, juice.

Enjoy a four-course Thanksgiving dinner at craft | DALLAS. Choose from main courses like Pumpkin Tortelloni & Hazelnut; Scottish Salmon & Grain Mustard; Free Range Turkey & Pepper Gravy; sides including Brussel Sprouts & Pancetta, Potato Purée & Truffle Butter, or Sausage, Raisin & Fennel Stuffing. Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa is serving up its annual Thanksgiving dinner Thursday, November 24, 2011.

Hours: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Fearing's put a unique spin on some of your traditional Thanksgiving favorites. The good news is that it's Thanksgiving and you don't have to make decisions. Just try it all! .

Hours: 2011 Thanksgiving Lunch buffet is served from 11:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner is served from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Hotel Intercontinental is serving a Thanksgiving Buffet with all your traditional favorites as well as a few bonuses like sushi and risotto. $65 adult / $20 (children 4-12) from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2011.

Buffet includes a Risotto Station, Omelet Station, Hot Carving Station with turkey, prime rib and ham, fresh seafood on ice and sushi and an endless array of desserts. Kid's buffet includes chicken nuggets, mac n cheese, pancakes, cupcakes and pudding.
