There's not a better way to celebrate springtime than a luxurious Easter brunch with friends or family. In 2013, Easter is Sunday, March 31. DFW has many great restaurants offering special menus and buffets. Here are some tips and reminders to make your dining experience more pleasurable. This is a very popular day for dining out, so make a reservation whenever possible. Buffet prices do not include tax or tips. Some places may charge for parking.

What: Asador, the farm to fire restaurant located in the Renaissance Dallas Hotel will offer Easter brunch March 31 from 11 a.m. TO 4 p.m. Brunch will include a variety of action stations such as a Hudspeth Farm carving table, charcuterie table, seafood and salad bar, a buffet with breakfast and lunch items and a desert room. Bottomless mimosas will be available for $5 and Bloody Mary’s will be $5 each. Enjoy music from an electric harpist from noon – 3 p.m.

When: Special Easter hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Reservations: They call it "call ahead" but you can get a reservation up until 9:30 a.m. You basically get your name on a wait list. If you call ahead, you're on the list but they don't guarantee anything. It's better than showing up without being on the list and having to wait longer. Expect a wait on Easter Sunday.
Don't Miss: Glazed Ham, Roasted Brisket, Adobe Pie stuffed with chicken, cheese and roasted peppers and limitless sweet potato chips and guacamole, Mimosas or champagne.
What: Regular Sunday Brunch menu. Ranges from $9.99 to $16.99; kids $4.99 to $6.99. BW's Eggs Benedict is my personal favorite brunch item!

Sounds Great: Cake decorators and bakers make over 100 varieties of cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cookies, bars and brownies that are almost too pretty to eat. Great salads, sandwiches, breakfast items.
Don't Miss: Chicken 'n Waffles. They rock.
What: Buffet, kids buffet and Easter Bunny. Adults $70, children $28 (ages 5-11), free for children four and under.

Executive Chef Graham Dodds is offering scrumptious springtime favorites for Easter Brunch at Central 214, featuring natural, locally sourced ingredients from his favorite farmers and purveyors. The a la carte menu, plus $5 specials on Bloody Mary's and Mimosas, will be offered on Sunday, March 31, 2013, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Fearing'sFearing’s Restaurant will present a sumptuous three-course Easter Brunch featuring all your favorites.
Cost: $75 for adults; $30 for children 12 years of age and under, exclusive of tax, beverage and gratuity.

My pick: Awesome seafood bar and excellent herb crusted prime rib, Texas Cinnamon Ham with Apple Compote, carved-to-order rosemary and garlic leg of lamb, chilled salads, smoked fish, sushi.
For the Kids: Chicken fingers, breakfast items, a chocolate fountain plus sugar free dessert bar.
What: Easter Buffet with complimentary mimosas and champagne.
