Father's Day Brunch and Dinner in DFW

Celebrate Dad in DFW

By , About.com Guide

Forget the tie and Old Spice. What Dad really wants is a steak. Or lobster. Or a nice buffet where he can feast on his special day. Here are a few places guaranteed to make Dad feel like a king.

In 2013, Father's Day is Sunday, June 16.

Check back often because I update this list as information is made available -- and sometimes that is right up until Dad's big day.

1. Golf, Food, Cocktails, Cigars - Asador and More

For fathers who love golf, food, cocktails and cigars, this delicious day is just what they need. Asador is offering a day full of manly activities starting with a mixology lesson and cigars from Cigar Art in Oak Cliff. After sipping cocktails, dads and guests will ride in a golf cart to Hank Haney Driving Range where they can practice their golf swing with a bucket of balls. Hitting golf balls is sure to work up an appetite so dad will be carted back to Asador for a hearty lunch by Chef Brad Phillips. The cost is $50 per person, which includes a cocktail lesson, cigar, golf cart ride, lunch and a bucket of balls at Hank Haney Driving Range.
