In 2013, Father's Day is Sunday, June 16.
Check back often because I update this list as information is made available -- and sometimes that is right up until Dad's big day.
1. Golf, Food, Cocktails, Cigars - Asador and More
For fathers who love golf, food, cocktails and cigars, this delicious day is just what they need. Asador is offering a day full of manly activities starting with a mixology lesson and cigars from Cigar Art in Oak Cliff. Asador’s bartender, Tyler Lott, will show dads and their loved ones how to prepare the perfect old fashioned. After sipping cocktails, dads and guests will ride in a golf cart to Hank Haney Driving Range where they can practice their golf swing with a bucket of balls. Hitting golf balls is sure to work up an appetite so dad will be carted back to Asador for a hearty lunch by Chef Brad Phillips. The cost is $50 per person, which includes a cocktail lesson, cigar, golf cart ride, lunch and a bucket of balls at Hank Haney Driving Range.
