Cater a fiesta with freshly-made guacamole, fajitas, beef/chicken/veggie quesadillas, pulled pork sandwiches and brisket tacos. I recently sampled OTB's holiday catering menu at special event and it was delicious. The coolest appetizer was called a Diptini -- a mini martini glass filled with OTB's version of the 7-layer dip. Anything in a martini glass is going to be fun -- this one happened to be flavorful and unique. The biggest surprise to me was how good the Confetti Rice Salad tasted. It was a colorful (yellow corn, black beans, green cilantro/peppers, red tomatoes, brown rice) as it was delicious. The secret ingredient: it's dressed in a Jalapeno Vinaigrette! Order plenty because I predict this will go fast once people sample it at your next event.Breadwinners Bakery Bistro
One of my fav places for lunch and brunch caters. They offer a variety of special menus so one is sure to be perfect for your next event. Blue Mesa Grill catered my let's-just-say 29th birthday party and it was fantastic. They took care of every detail. Our guests were offered a variety of hearty appetizers, BMG's famous sweet potato chips and guacamole, and a fajita station created the perfect buffet. They set up and took care of all the mess.
