Top 5 Weekday Lunch Spots

Try these restaurants for a lunch that is filling and tasty, yet quick enough to get you back to the office on time.

MK Teriyaki

Delicious sushi prepared fresh and a wide selection of cooked foods makes MK Teriyaki the place to go with the office lunch crowd in the mid-cities.

Hammer's Bar B Que

Hammer's Bar B Que serves up a delicious menu. Plenty of parking and a drive-thru means you can get in and out of there on your lunch hour. Hammer's is a good place to go if you're in the Fort Worth area.

Lushaj's New York Style Pizza and Pasta

Lushaj's New York Style Pizza and Pasta piles their pizza thick with high-quality, fresh ingredients. They serve some of the best pizza I've ever had, but they don't just serve pizza. A full range of Italian dishes is available from eggplant parmigiana to chicken cacciatore to stromboli and calzone. Great for the mid-cities.

Novak's Landmark Grill

Novak's Landmark Grill, located across from Union Station, is a great spot to grab lunch or breakfast in downtown Dallas. A menu of items typically expected of a grill lends Novak's a familiar air. The food is made fresh right in front of you—I didn't even see a heat lamp in the kitchen.

NM Cafe

Soups, salads, and sandwiches made of the freshest ingredients never fail to satisfy this diner. Located on Commerce Street in the Neiman Marcus building (although the entry to NM Cafe is outside on the street), this elegant downtown dining spot feeds local celebs as well as us normal folk for $10-$20 a meal.
