NorthPark Center is located on Central Expressway, just a few minutes north of downtown Dallas. One of the earliest indoor shopping malls in America, NorthPark Center has recently expanded and renovated.
Shopping: Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, and Barneys New York serve as the anchor stores. A mix of upscale stores, such as Williams-Sonoma, and mall staples, like the Gap, provide plenty of shopping.
Entertainment: NorthPark Center always has exhibitions of important modern and historical photography, sculpture, and other media. In addition, weekends have puppet shows, dance troupes, and other performing artists. An AMC Theatre is also in the mall.
Food: NorthPark Center has several sit-down restaurants, including Maggiano's Little Italy, Luna de Noche Restaurant, Zodiac, and Mermaid Bar. More than a dozen fast food establishments form the food court. Jamba Juice and Cold Stone Creamery provide snacks for shoppers.
Hours: Mon-Sat 10 a.m.-9 p.m., Sun noon-6 p.m.
Location: NorthPark Center is located at 8687 North Central Expressway (I-75). The mall can be seen from the freeway. Take the Loop 12 exit (5A) and go west. The mall will be on your right.
